ORDER

 It is stated by Sh. Raj Kumar Chauhan, complainant that the matter has since been settled between the parties and the Opposite Parties have agreed to pay an amount of Rs.97,06,630.14  through demand draft to him. It is further stated that the settlement deed has also been signed. It is undertaken by Sh. Shiv Kumar, Advisor (Legal) of the Opposite Parties that demand draft of the amount mentioned above will he handed over to the complainant today after lunch.

                   In view of above, Sh. Raj Kumar Chauhan, complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint.

                   Ordered accordingly.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
