ORDER

Against the order dated 05.11.2014, under execution, appeals filed by the Decree Holder/complainant and the Judgment Debtor/Opposite Party are pending in Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. The Decree Holder/complainant is at liberty to move an application to get any interim direction issued to deliver possession to him.

                   Faced with this situation, Counsel for the Decree Holder/complainant wishes to withdraw this Execution Application, with liberty to file a-fresh one, as and when, the matter is finally decided by Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the Execution Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
