ORDER

 At the time of hearing, it transpires that total value of the plot, in question, is more than Rs.1 crore.

                    Faced with this situation, Sh. Savinder Singh Gill, Advocate, Counsel for the complainants wishes to withdraw this complaint and file it before the competent Fora. He undertakes to furnish one Photostat copy of the complete paper-book in the office of this Commission within 7 days from today. Upon his doing so, all the three original copies be returned to him against receipt.

                    Liberty granted.

                    Accordingly the case is dismissed as withdrawn.

                    Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
