ORDER

By stating grievance, the decree holder/complainant sent a legal notice on 28.09.2016. It is his grievance that to the said notice, reply has not been given.

                   Under the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of this execution application directing the Judgment Debtors to give reply to the notice issued within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, liberty shall remain with the decree holder to take legal recourse, may be by filing a complaint or execution application, after getting reply to the notice, aforementioned.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge
