After arguing for some time, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a-fresh one after giving better particulars and also before the competent Forum/Commission.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books be returned to the Counsel for the complainant.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
