     File preponed and taken up today on the application received on behalf of complainants through petition box stating that the complainant wants to withdraw the present complaint as the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties and the complainant do not want to pursue the complaint further. Contents of the application have been confirmed from the counsel for complainants through virtual hearing. Accordingly, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled. This case be not listed on 07.06.2022 as already ordered as it stood disposed of today.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
