ORDER

After going through the contents of letter offering possession dated 06.12.2016 (Annexure C-14 colly.) and the relief claimed, we feel that the total price of the product/Commercial Plot, in question, is more than Rs.1 Crore. In the face of ratio of judgment passed by Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi in the case of AMBRISH KUMAR SHUKLA & 21 ORS. Vs. FERROUS INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD., Consumer Case No.97 of 2016, decided on 07.10.2016, we feel that it is beyond the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Commission to hear this case. Liberty shall remain with the complainants to file the complaint before the appropriate Fora. Spare copy of paper-book be kept for record and other three original copies be returned to the Counsel for the complainants under signatures, within seven days from today.

                   Ordered accordingly.

                   Certified copies of the order be given to the Counsel for the parties free of charge.
