Vs. FERROUS INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD., Consumer Case No.97 of 2016, decided on 07.10.2016, this Commission would not have pecuniary jurisdiction to try this complaint, as the total amount would come to more than Rs.1 crore.
Faced with the situation, Counsel for the complainants states that let he be allowed to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file it before the proper Fora.
Liberty granted.
In view of above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
We make it very clear that if the complaint is filed before the proper Fora, then the Opposite Party will not raise any objection qua limitation.
On submitting one photocopy of complete original file, Registry will return all the three files, in original, to the complainants, within a week from today, against proper receipt.
