ORDER

As per the ledger account, the total price claimed from the complainant is more than Rs. 1 crore. Besides as above, the complainant has also claimed interest for the delayed period, compensation and litigation expenses etc. Thus, the total amount would come to more than Rs.1 crore, which is beyond our pecuniary jurisdiction.

                Faced with this situation, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint, with liberty to avail any other remedy either under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 or any other Act.

                Ordered accordingly.

                Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books be returned to the Counsel for the complainant.

                Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
