Service is complete.

                Sh. Parveen Jain, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents by filing his Vakalatnama, which is taken on record. Sh. Shiv Kumar, Advisor (Legal) of the Company is also present in Court.

                At the time of arguments, the matter has amicably been settled.

                Sh. Shiv Kumar, Advisor (Legal) of the Company states that to finally settle all claims raised by the appellant/complainant, the respondents/opposite parties  are ready to pay an amount of Rs.40,000/-. The said amount shall be paid through demand draft, which will be handed over to the Secretary of this Commission within next 15 days from today alongwith TDS Certificate.

                The offer made is acceptable to Sh. A. P. Arora, appellant/complainant and his Counsel Sh. Bhuwan Vats, Advocate.

                The appellant/complainant will collect the demand draft to be so submitted by the respondents/Opposite Parties from the Secretary of this Commission on expiry of 15 days from today against receipt.

                In view of above, this appeal stands disposed of.

                Accordingly, the application for condonation of delay also stands disposed of having become infructuous. 

                Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of charge.
