ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 16.07.2024, Sh.Vineet Yadav, Counsel for Complainant has stated that the complainant has received an amount of Rs.1,74,753/- (Rs.1,23,804/- towards contingent deposit of VAT & Rs.50,949/- towards interest) from OP to her satisfaction and the OP has also deducted TDS amount of Rs.5661/-. It has been further stated by counsel for complainant that the complainant does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied and it be disposed of in Upbhokta Lok Adalat. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
