ORDER:
The Learned Counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint with permission to file the same before the Appropriate Forum. He has also sought return of the documents.
2. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to avail the remedy available before the competent Forum. The documents of the complainant be returned as per rules. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
