ORDER

On 15.04.2013 the following order was passed by this Commission:-                       “Mr. K.P.Sunder Rao, advocate heard on admission.             Attention of learned counsel has been drawn to the agreement executed between the parties on which every page is singed by the appellant/complainant. The Clause dealing with the issue of flat number and captioned “Apartment Allottee’s Representations” clearly mentions the apartment as NRB-153 located on the 14th Floor of Tower-B. Learned counsel, therefore, seeks time to take instructions whether the appellant intends to proceed further in this appeal or not.  Three days’ time, as requested, is allotted.   Subject to the above, the matter is reserved for orders. A copy of the order is permitted by dasti.”             Mentioning the matter today, Shri K.P.Sundar Rao, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. He is permitted to do so. Accordingly, FA No.179 of 2011 is dismissed as withdrawn.
