ORDER

In the complaint direction is sought to be made to the opposite party builder to pay total amount of Rs.1,02,76,875/- with interest. This sum includes an amount of Rs.75 Lakhs towards compensation for changing the location of the apartment and parking space. After arguing for sometime Shri Kher states that the complainant may be allowed to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file complaint by suitably reducing the claim amount before State Commission. Dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty prayed for is granted. Dasti.
