        This complaint is for seeking possession of a flat of 2098 sq.feet, booked with OP, @Rs. 7500/- per sq. feet.  It is alleged that OP itself changed the BSP @ Rs. 8200/- without consent. 

We find that total cost of the flat of the rate is Rs. 1 crore and more.  The District Forum has no jurisdiction u/s 11 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, in terms of value of properties and compensation.

Thus, we hold that the Forum has no jurisdiction.  The complainant is given liberty to approach the Hon’ble National Consumer Commission.
