          The complaint titled ‘Mridul Estate (Pvt.) Limited versus DLF Limited and others’ under Section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 was allowed by this Commission vide order dated July, 15^th, 2015. 

2.      Against the said order, DLF and others-Judgment Debtors filed appeal No.806 of 2015 before the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. The National Commission vide its order dated November 17^th, 2015 passed the following order:-

                   “Adjourned to 11.04.2016 for final hearing at admission stage.

                   Learned counsel for the respondent undertakes not to proceed for execution of impugned order.”

 

2.      Learned counsel for the Decree Holder has urged that in view of the aforementioned order, this execution application be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one after decision of the First Appeal No.806 of 2015.

3.      It is ordered accordingly.
