It is grievance of the complainant that in a pending complaint, doctored affidavit has been placed on record. The said complaint is pending consideration. If on account of any act on the part of the Opposite Parties, the complainant is aggrieved, he may move appropriate application, as per law, if maintainable, in the said complaint. No independent complaint for the said purpose is maintainable. Hence, the complaint stands dismissed.
