When confronted with the question that relief claimed by the complainant is more than Rs.1 crore and, as such, this Commission has no pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain this complaint, Sh.Kunal Thapa, Advocate, proxy for Sh.Himanshu Raj, Advocate, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file it again by adjusting his relief for claiming possession or for any other purpose.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   On submitting one photocopy of complete original file, Registry will return all the three files, in original, to the complainant, within a week from today, against proper receipt.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
