After arguing for some time, Counsel for the complainants wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a-fresh one after giving better particulars.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   On submitting photocopy of original complete file, office will return all the three files, in original, to the complainants, within 7 days, against proper receipt.
