          Learned counsel for the parties have stated that matter between the parties has been settled as per agreement (Annexure-1).

2.      In view of this, learned counsel for the complainant has urged that let this complaint be dismissed as withdrawn.

3.      In view of above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The opposite party shall be bound by the agreement (Annexure-1) and in case of violation of the promise made, the complainant shall have the right to file fresh complaint.
