2. DLF Homes Panchkula Pvt. Ltd., Regd. Office DLF Gateway Tower, Second Floor, DLF City, Phase-III, Gurgaon – 122002, Haryana India through its Manager/Authorised Signatory/Office-in-charge/Director Sales and Marketing.
3. Director General, Town and Country Planning, Haryana, HQ at SCO 71-75, Sector 17-C, Chandigarh-160017.

Ltd. & Anr.’, this complaint has been partly accepted, with costs against Opposite Parties No.1 & 2. The same (complaint) has already been dismissed against Opposite Party No.3 vide order dated 06.01.2017.
