ORDER
NARESH KATYAL, JUDICIAL MEMBER:
This complaint is fixed today. Sh. Ranjan Lohan, advocate for complainant is present and suffered following statement on oath:-
“Stated that: grievance of complainant, involved in this complaint, has been amicably settled by her with opposite parties. As per agreed written settlement deed dated 11.12.2023; opposite parties has made payment to complainant of the settled amount by way of demand draft No. 529989 dated 19.12.2023 of Rs. 5,84,136/-. There is no more subsisting grievance of complainant against opposite parties. I also placed on record copy of deed of settlement dated 11.12.2023, which bear signature of complainant and representative of opposite parties. I have instructions on behalf of complainant to withdraw this complaint.”
2. Learned counsel for complainant has also placed on record; photocopy of bank draft No.529989 dated 19.12.2023 of Rs.5,84,136/- favouring complainant and photocopy of settlement deed dated 11.12.2023, which bears signature of complainant and representative of opposite parties.

As a consequence so flowing from text of above reproduced statement of learned counsel for complainant; this complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, as grievance of complainant so involved in this complaint has been amicably settled by her with opposite parties in view of settlement deed dated 11.12.2023 and in view of bank draft of the amount of Rs.5,84,136/- favouring her (complainant). It is ordered accordingly.
4. A copy of this order be provided to both parties, free of cost, as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 1986/2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties. Complaint file be consigned.
