ORDER

After hearing Counsel for the complainants, we direct the Opposite Parties to treat this complaint as a representation and decide it by passing a speaking order. Contention of the complainants that Oriental Insurance Company Limited would fall within the definition of Government be specifically dealt with. If need be, the complainants can be asked to furnish any other document. It shall be the personal responsibility of Sh.Rakesh Kerwell, Managing Director, who is heading the project at Panchkula, to pass an appropriate order within six weeks from today. 

                   Copy of the complaint/representation has been handed over to Sh.Sandeep Rana, Advocate, who is representing the Opposite Parties in some other cases. 

                   Certified copies of this order be supplied Counsel for the parties dasti, free of charge.

                   Separate copy of this order be also sent to the parties, free of charge.
