                        Today the case was fixed for filing reply to the application and for consideration. At this stage, counsel for the complainants has made a separate statement in which he states that in view of judgment passed by Hon’ble National Commission, New Delhi in C.C. No.97 of 2016 titled as Ambrish Kumar Shukla & 21 Ors. Vs. Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. decided on 07.10.2016, he on the instructions of complainants wants to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority/court.

                        Heard. In view of the statement made by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority/court. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
