ORDER

Vide order dated 24.11.2016, compliant pending before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Panchkula was withdrawn with liberty to file it before the appropriate authority/court. Instead of filing that complaint before Haryana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Panchkula, complaint was filed with the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-II, U.T., Chandigarh, which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 04.08.2016 with liberty to file a-fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate Authority/Court/Forum/Commission as per law.  Instead of going to State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Haryana, again, complaint has been filed before this Commission. In our view, it will be appropriate for the complainants to file this complaint before Haryana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Panchkula, within whose jurisdiction, the property is situated.

The complaint stands disposed of accordingly. However, liberty shall remain with the complainants to file the complaint before Haryana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Panchkula.

Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
