O R D E R

 

 

 NAWAB SINGH, J. (ORAL)

         

          Shiv Kumar, Advisor (Legal) has made statement (Annexure-I) that the possession of the floor No.D4/14, Sector-3, DLF Homes Panchkula Private Limited, Panchkula, shall be handed over to Rajbir Singh-complainant within one month on depositing of Rs.26,02,577.24 minus Rs.7 lakh as compensation and minus delay in interest, that is, Rs.2,59,864/- and till date, if any, in full and final settlement. Meaning thereby, the amount of Rs.7 lakh plus             Rs.2,59,864/-, that is, delay in interest till date, would be deducted from Rs.26,02,577.24. Sale deed shall be executed on payment of the stamp duty and registration charges etc., the amount of the same, would be payable by the complainant.

2.      In face of it, the complainant has made statement (Annexure-II) that in view of the statement of Shiv Kumar, Advisor (Legal), he does not want to proceed with this complaint and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. The statement is accepted. The complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
