ORDER

Cost of Rs.500/- imposed on the last date of hearing has been deposited by the complainant in the Consumer Legal Aid Account vide receipt dated 30.03.2017 placed on record.

Under order passed by this Commission on 09.01.2017, possession already stood delivered in favour of the complainant on 13.02.2017. Today, Counsel for the Opposite Parties have raised an objection that when final statement of account was issued, less amount was claimed than the one, which was payable by the complainant towards price of the unit, in question. Be that as it may, as the complainant is going to withdraw this complaint on getting possession, we left it open to the Opposite Parties to claim any amount, if it is due and in that event, it will be open to the complainant to dispute or to pay that amount. Her entitlement to claim benefit towards delayed execution of the Buyer’s Agreement is kept open. Order passed by us during proceedings will not affect the rights of the parties.

In view of above, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
