2.    Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam through its Managing Director, Shakti Bhawan, Sector-6, Panchkula.

3.    Haryana Urban Development Authority through its Chief Administrator, Sector-6, Panchkula.

COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

                        Today the case was fixed for arguments. At this stage, complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that in view of judgment passed by Hon’ble National Commission, New Delhi in C.C. No.97 of 2016 titled as Ambrish Kumar Shukla & 21 Ors. Vs. Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. decided on 07.10.2016, he wants to withdraw his present complaint with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
