ORDER

The cost of plot purchased by the complainant was Rs.1,78,10,452.51. As per ratio of the judgment passed by Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi in the case of AMBRISH KUMAR SHUKLA & 21 ORS. Vs. FERROUS INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD., Consumer Case No.97 of 2016, decided on 07.10.2016, the relief claimed by the complainant may be less, however, to entertain the complaint, the entire value of the product has to be seen.

                   In the face of the ratio of the judgment, referred to above, this complaint is not maintainable and the same stands disposed of, giving liberty to the complainant to avail proper remedy before the proper Fora.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
