In view of order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.12603/2018 titled DLF Homes Panchkula Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. Vs. Himanshu Arora & Anr.  and further order passed in review applications made, Counsel for the decree holder(s) wishes to withdraw this execution application with liberty to file it again as and when the matter is finally disposed of by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India  and/or stay order granted is vacated/varied.

                   Liberty granted.

                   In view of above, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.
