Vineet Chaudhary, Advocate, Counsel for the complainant, when confronted with a situation that the total claim raised by the complainant, in this complaint, exceeds Rs.1 Crore, he wishes to withdraw this complaint, with liberty to file it again after giving better particulars. To the prayer made, no objection has been raised by the Counsel for the opposite parties.
