At the time of arguments, when we look into total price of the unit and the amount claimed in the prayer clause, the total amount would cross the limit of Rs.1 crore.

                   Faced with the situation, Counsel for the complainants wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a-fresh one after suitably amending the prayer clause and by giving better particulars.

                   To the prayer made, no objection has been raised by Counsel for the Opposite Parties.

                   Liberty granted.

                   In view of above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
