ORDER

Today Sh. Shiv Kumar, Advisor (Legal) of the judgment debtors has placed on record a calculation sheet, as per which, an amount of Rs.4,80,307/- remains to be paid by the judgment debtors to the decree holder to satisfy the claim raised in this execution application.

                        Sh. Narender Yadav, Advocate, Counsel for the decree holder did not dispute the calculation and accepts the same.

                        Sh. Shiv Kumar, Advisor (Legal) of the judgment debtors has also brought a demand draft bearing No.520468 dated 22.08.2019 in the aforesaid amount of Rs.4,80,307/-, which he has handed over to Sh. Narender Yadav, Advocate, who has accepted the same in full satisfaction of the decree on behalf of the decree holder against receipt. Sh. Narender Yadav, Advocate, Counsel for the decree holder also states that now no claim is left against the judgment debtors. Photocopy of the said demand draft has been retained on file.

                        Directions are issued to the decree holder to get the Conveyance Deed executed within a period of two months after giving 7 days prior notice to the judgment debtors.

                        It is made clear that if any amount is deducted by the judgment debtors in terms of FSA (Final Statement of Accounts) issued, they will issue receipt qua the said deduction to the decree holder.

                        In view of above, this execution application stands disposed of having been fully satisfied.

                        Certified copies of this order be given dasti to the parties/their Counsel free of charge.
