Counsel for the complainant has filed affidavit of the complainant, which is taken on record. Possession has already been taken by the complainant.

                    By filing this complaint, the complainant is claiming payment of delayed compensation with interest and also compensation for mental agony and physical harassment, besides claiming litigation expenses etc. There is nothing on record to show that after getting compensation, to claim above said relief, at any time, the complainant has approached the Opposite Parties. Under these circumstances, we allow the complainant to withdraw this complaint with liberty to her to file a detailed representation before the Opposite Parties claiming the same relief, which is being claimed in this complaint. We are hopeful that the Opposite Parties will consider the claim raised by the complainant, and convey their decision/order to her within four weeks from the date of filing such representation. Liberty shall remain with the complainant to give challenge to the said order, if not acceptable to her.

                    Liberty granted.

                    Accordingly, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

                    Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
