     Counsel for complainant has made statement in the shape of endorsement on the order sheet itself to withdraw the complaint with the liberty to file it again in the appropriate forum. In view of the said statement in the shape of endorsement made by the counsel for complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the complainant to file fresh before the appropriate Forum.
