ORDER

The complaint be registered.

                   Admitted. 

                   Let notice be issued to the Opposite Parties.

                   Sh. Shiv Kumar, Advisor (Legal), is present in Court to represent the Opposite Parties in some other case. On our asking, he accepts notice of this complaint on behalf of the Opposite Parties. Copies of the complaint and other documents annexed therewith have been supplied to him.

                   It is stated by Counsel for the complainants that the matter stands settled between the parties and she wishes to withdraw this complaint and also two miscellaneous applications bearing Nos.452 & 453 of 2018 listed for today.

                   To the prayer made, Sh. Shiv Kumar, Advisor (Legal) of the opposite parties has raised his no objection. He has assured the Court that if the dispute stands settled, as stated, the settlement will be honoured.

                   Accordingly, this complaint and miscellaneous applications bearing Nos.452 & 453 of 2018 are dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
