RAM SINGH CHAUDHARY, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

 

                   As per order dated 27.09.2021 contained in letter No.1578, I am conducting these proceedings singly.

2.                Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the matter could not be taken up on 20.05.2020, 01.09.2020, 18.11.2020, 05.02.2021, 27.04.2021, 11.10.2021 and on 12.11.2021 the matter was adjourned for 22.03.2022.

3.                File taken up today on the miscellaneous application bearing No. 334 of 2021 filed by applicants-complainant seeking permission to withdraw the present complaint No.67 of 2020 from this Hon’ble Bench.

4.                Heard on the above said application. Keeping in view of the contents of the applications and the contentions raised by applicant-complainant present miscellaneous application bearing No. 334 of 2021 stands allowed and disposed off accordingly.

5.                Today, complainant has also suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties as per settlement deed dated 30.11.2021. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

6.                In pursuance of the respective statement made by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the records.
