After arguing for some time, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to approach first for the relief claimed to the Opposite Parties. It is expected that if any such representation is filed, the Opposite Parties will take note of it and dispose of the same expeditiously. Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty shall also remain with the complainant to file a-fresh complaint, if need be.       

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
