Parveen Kumar filed a consumer case on 19 Feb 2018 against DLF Homes Panchkula Pvt. Ltd. in the StateCommission Consumer Court. The case no is CC/419/2017 and the judgment uploaded on 05 Mar 2018.
At the time of arguments, a very serious objection has been raised by Counsel for the Opposite Party that if we calculate price of the unit and add in it amount of interest, compensation claimed, the total amount would come beyond Rs.1 crore and, as such, this Commission has no pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain this complaint.
Faced with the situation, proxy Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint, at this stage, with liberty to file a-fresh complaint after making necessary adjustments and/or giving better particulars, to which, no objection has been raised by the Counsel for the Opposite Party.
To the prayer made, no objection has been raised by the Counsel opposite.
Liberty granted.
Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
On submitting one photocopy of complete original file, Registry will return all the three files, in original, (excluding zimini orders), to the complainant, within a week from today, against proper receipt.
Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
