At the time of arguments, an objection was raised that as per Final Statement of Account (FSA) issued on 31.05.2017, copy of which has been placed on record, the total cost of the unit, in question, is Rs.1,08,37,218.21.

                        Faced with this situation, Counsel for the complainants states that he be permitted to limit his claim. This cannot be done. When looking into the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Commission, to entertain the complaint, as per judgment passed by Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi in the case of AMBRISH KUMAR SHUKLA & 21 ORS. Vs. FERROUS INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD., Consumer Case No.97 of 2016, decided on 07.10.2016, the total value of the product has to be seen, which in the instant case, is more than Rs.One Crore.

                        In this view of the matter, the complaint is ordered to be returned to the complainant, with liberty to file it before the competent Commission.

                        Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
