                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books (except zimini orders) be returned to the Counsel for the complainant.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
