ORDER

 

                   After hearing arguments, we are of the opinion that the issues raised are as such that those can be settled between the parties on a representation filed by the complainants. Let the complainants file a detailed representation claiming the relief, which is claimed before this Commission and if any such representation is made, it is stated by Ms. Sapna Seth, Advocate, who is present in Court to represent the Opposite Parties in some other case, that the order will be passed within 15 days thereafter. Liberty shall remain with the complainants to file a-fresh complaint, if need be.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books be returned to the Counsel for the complainants.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
