ORDER

     Today Sh.Sahil Sharma, Advocate, has filed power of attorney(vakalatnama) on behalf of complainant.

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, counsel for complainant has stated that the complainant may be permitted to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh one subject to costs on the same cause of action. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant, the present complaint of the complainant is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the complainant to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action subject to payment of costs of Rs.3000/- payable to the OPs. The complaint is disposed off accordingly.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
