ORDER

It is at bar by Ms. Ekta Jhanji, Advocate for the opposite parties, on taking instructions from Sh. Shiv Kumar, Advisor (Legal) of the Company that settlement has been arrived at between the parties and copy of the same has been sent to the complainant. The complainant has shown one signed copy of settlement, which he has signed. The said copy has been handed over to Sh. Shiv Kumar, Advisor (Legal) of the opposite parties, who states that the opposite parties/their representative will sign the said settlement forthwith and given the said copy of settlement to the complainant. It is further stated that the agreed amount of Rs.7,04,110/- plus an amount of Rs.1,81,000 (paid in excess by the complainant) will be paid to the complainant or to his Counsel through demand draft within two weeks of his signing two documents i.e. maintenance agreement and indemnity bond, which are being signed by consumers in all other cases. The complainant will report at the sight for singing the aforesaid documents anytime from today onwards. On receipt of above amount, henceforth any statutory amount, if payable towards registration of sale deed etc., will be paid by the complainant.

                        In view of above, no grievance of the complainant is left against the opposite parties and accordingly, the complaint stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

                        Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties free of charge. Dasti order be also given.
