ORDER

     Case file taken up today in view of the order dated 16.08.2023 passed in miscellaneous application No.44 of 2023 filed by complainant.

     Vide her separate statement, Ms.Praveen Arya, Complainant has stated that the present consumer complaint has been filed through her Power of Attorney Sh.Karan Singh Redhu. Complainant has further stated that she does not want to pursue the present consumer complaint further and hence she withdraws the present consumer complaint and prayed that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. The present consumer complaint is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
