 During the pendency of the complaint, possession has been taken over by the complainant. It is stated by Counsel for the complainant that some issues need to be decided qua the amount claimed in excess when possession was offered and qua additional area also. He wishes to withdraw this complaint, with liberty to file amended one, after giving better particulars.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.
