It is stated by Sh. Arun Yadav, Advocate appearing as proxy for Sh.Tribhuvan Dahiya, Advocate, Counsel for the complainant that after filing of the complaint, letter offering possession has been received. In view of that, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a-fresh one after giving better particulars.

                   Liberty granted.
