ORDER

After arguing for some time, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a-fresh one after giving better particulars and also for filing application for condonation of delay, if so requires.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   The period of limitation in filing this complaint for the period i.e. the date of filing the same (28.11.2019) till today i.e. (04.12.2019) shall be condoned.

                   Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books be returned to the Counsel for the complainant.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
