ORDER

Counsel for the complainants states that by filing this complaint, the complainants had sought refund of amount paid with interest etc. He states that now on account of changed circumstances, the complainants wish to claim possession of the unit, in question.

                In view of above, Counsel for the complainants wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a-fresh one by amending the prayer clause.

                To the prayer made, no objection has been raised by the Counsel opposite.

                Liberty granted.

                Accordingly, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
