ORDER

     This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat and the matter between the parties has been settled. A draft of Rs.22,60,554/- in favour of complainant towards refund/interest & compensation has been handed over by the learned counsel for OP to the learned counsel for complainant today and he has received the same as full and final settlement of this complaint. An application alongwith affidavit of complainant praying for withdrawal of the complaint has been filed. Statement of Ms.Ekta Jhanji, Counsel for OP has also been recorded. Statement of Sh.Parveen Kumar Saini, Counsel for Complainant has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint stands disposed of in terms of settlement as satisfied. The parties shall be bound by the statements made before the Lok Adalat and the same shall be deemed to be a part of this order.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
